I just remembered a riddle that years ago was tested on grammar school students and college students to determine which could come up the answer the quickest. The amazing thing is that the many of the grammar school students were able to come up with the answer faster than college students. ................. I thought about it for days and could not come up with the answer.
The Riddle:
What is greater than God; more evil than the devil
The poor have it; the rich need it
And if you eat it, it will kill you.

What is "It" ?
The one who makes it, does not want it.
The one who buys it, does not need it.
The one who uses it, does not know it.

I just saw this riddle on facebook:
There are three boxes there is a statement on each box, only one of the three statements is true. There is a car in one of the three boxes. Which box is the car in?
Box A: The car is in this box A
Box B: The car is not in box B
Box C: The car is not in box A

nothing in this plain of existence.
Possibly Michael Gove in another.
And to Gammot's riddle, Box A?
And my own riddle:
What is black when you buy it
Red when you use it
And white when you're finished with it?
2+2=5
3+3=7
4+4=9
5+5=11

Only one of the statements can be true. If the car were in box a, then two of the statements would be true violating the rule. Statements a and b would be true if the car is in box a.
