Research on Mars doing great

Postby james » Wed Nov 29, 2006 8:04 pm

About the time I started to post on this site, I also started to use NASA's Mars satellite--Mars Global Surveyor. In that time, I've received many great pictures, built a large website with my pictures from Mars (http://paws.flcc.edu/~secoskjj/), spoke at a scientifc gathering, and just last week was featured in a long article on the front page of the Sunday newsaper.

My life is beyond my wildest dreams. I love exploring another planet. I never ever dreamed life could be good. As a young adult I was locked away for a time and put on heavy medication that turned me into a zombie and caused me to gain over 100 pounds. If I can recover, so can anybody. Hang in there.

By the way, I did lose the 100 pounds. At present I'm training to run a 100 floor stair race. I don't know if I can do it. But, I'm really to try today--One day at a time.

On my website I have written about my struggles with alcohol, depression, bipolar, ADHD, compulsive eating.
