What is your pet peeve?

Mine is people cracking their knuckles or even bigger joints like their neck. Especially if it's in a really quiet place like a class or a library. aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby's pet peeve is someone sitting close to him eating an apple or crunchy cereal.

Stuff that's NOT FAIR! I don't care if it's as basic as stepping in front of someone in line, it drives me bonkers. Obviously there are much more serious things that aren't fair that bother me too, such as begging a doctor, judge, social worker, and an entire police department to help you save your mom from suicide and no one lifts a finger.

Yes, PinkAngel, that is very unfair and sad too. The system is messed up. We are humans not machines!!! Just don't give up hon. Get more people like family members to fight with you.

I pop my knuckles all the time, but I try to do it when I'm alone and not in class or anything like that - it just feels too awkward. When people pop anything other than their knuckles, I cringe. I also have a thing about personal space. I don't like people hugging me, especially if they're just acquaintances and at the movies I institute a "spacer seat" rule with most everyone I see them with (I don't see movies that often, anyways). I don't care to be touched, either, and I hate handshakes.

My friend and I call people that twist the words around and lie so much that they tell such a story they actually get out of it sounding like they are telling the truth....when they actually just told a bid freaking lie! UGH!

Thanks for the hugs hon...unfortunately it's too late to keep fighting. My mom successfully committed suicide 5 years ago. It has been my hope to 'change the system' until recently when I realized even if I can reach one mental health professional, there are countless others who aren't worth the paper they write on. I now try to educate consumers and try to convince them that there is hope out there, maybe not today or tomorrow, but they'll never know that if they take their life.

i JUST CNT STAND people cracking their neck in front of me or around me!!! esp. when in quiet places. my dad does it al the time and this just gets me on my nerves....
