Procrastination or lazyness

Not usually a poster in this sub-forum, but noticed it because I post under gambling.

Think I have a smaller addiction to internet browsing too - ironically got worse since I stopped gambling.

I see the biggest problem is that it causes procrastination from useful things I need to do each day.

Rather ironically, should I/we be even on here?!
