Zuclopenthixol and Quetiapine together.

Hello all.

Have anyone used Quetiapine and Clopixol together to sleep better regularly?!
Is that dangerous to take this 2 together?! I used them together at some point and it worked well, but I stopped as I wasn't sure it's a good idea. Doctors had different opinions if you can take it together or not. Generally, Clopixol is working but making you too depressed, while Quetiapine helps feeling nothing, but to sleep at night you need to be sleepy during all the day, !

Or rather not to sleep regulary, just sleep?!

I have no expertise in these prescription drugs. There is a lot of information for drugs online, but it is never enough.

It sounds like you would like an alternative to the drugs. I can provide a long list of herbals that have only a small effect, meditation, exercise, and others, but it would be good to know what you have tried and what you think might be the cause of the insomnia. "I don't know," is an acceptable answer.
