hi there
i was hoping it might help you to know that i used to have an extremely hard time falling asleep and that IS NO LONGER my problem- AT ALL. I moved to California from New York City (where do you live?) and im letting someone else run my company while i pursue some of my other dreams and work on my company from long distance and do a little bit of it here. i live with a roommate who is a LOT slower paced than i am and am doing a ton more things for myself out here bc everyting's cheaper ;) for example, i get my nails done every week- i slow down and let someone massage my hands and make me feel good. i clean my room before i go to bed- this tends to really help me with anxiety-

i got rid of a TON of clutter...there is an amazing book, in case this is your problem- called Clutter's Last Stand- phenomenal

i go to the dermatolgist regularly (once a month)

i got rid of stuff in storage. i feel like having to take meds every single night just to fall asleep is deeply about other things and once some of those things get addressed it willl get easier and easier for you to fall asleep. there's an old saying that if you polish one area of your life, other areas get clean :)

my issue is i just can't stay asleep becasue othere's a rumble in my bed (lol im serious!) from helicopters or something outside at 4:30 am and then again at 7:30 and 8:30 and there seems to belike no way to absorb vibration like this- im about to try piling like 6 mattresses on top of one another...oif that doesn't work, im gonna go on med smyself! (or move to a better place)

best wishes this season!
