Sedona Method

Postby lyallben » Sun Mar 20, 2011 2:11 am

Hello, I have suffered and recently again been suffering from chronic insomnia - some nights no sleep others a couple of hours. I remembered the Sedona Method that i had used with good results in the past and hey presto I could sleep again.Only 4 hours at first but the other night 7.
Just wanted to recommend it to those interested.

Please tell me more. What exactly is it? You go out in the desert or something?

Its a simple release technique.Very simple but it works. If your interested get the book (from abe-(second hand) Hale Dwoskin, The Sedona Method) Do it yourself from the book.
I would have a night of no sleep whatsoever and then some nights of maybe one or two hours sleep.
Best wishes,
Lyall

well, research is limited because those promoting it are very closed lipped about it in order to encourage purchase of the book.

boo :x

but from what i've gathered, it's glorified meditation.

that's it.

learn to meditate, learn to sleep. ptf. if it were that easy, we'd all be quite a bit saner.

pass.
