btw.. I paid $4.99 for 60 x 4mg caps at a health food store. I checked at drug stores and the price is pretty much the same (although you can also wait until it goes on special and pay less). The price for the 4mg was the same as the 1mg and 3mg (oddly) so it is more cost effective to buy the larger size and divide it out for yourself.
