well i ment to say she told me to just stop it. she didnt say to lower it, she said just come off of it and go to bed with out it.

I'm surprised by that because the usual procedure is to 'wean' off medication - I'm sure you know this too. Maybe you could ask her why you were told to just go 'cold turkey' on this. I'd be interested to find out why myself.
