Ever since I moved into another time zone (3 hour difference) my body hasn't adjusted to it.
Back home I use to get around 8-9 hours and now I get about 4-5. I am sleeping a little bit more but my body is 3 hours ahead.
It's not really affecting me but I'm just wide a wake during the day and full of energy.
Any ideas because when I go back home, I can sleep just fine.

You could try light therapy or taking some melatonin.

Your brain has been rewired. You need to retrain it again.

how long have you lived there for? it may just take a little longer. Also light therapy can work, don't try to take naps if you're trying to adjust yourself, just keep working on it.
