After spending all my time on adult tasks; parenting, my partner, my life, parents, stress, work.. Night is my time, and I do not want to let go. Maybe I could sleep if I wanted to but it's really hard to give up the only alone time I get ever. Anyone else?
I've often delayed going to bed just so I can have leisure time on those days when I feel like I didn't have any. But then I feel like crap the next day.. In the end I think there's a balance there. Maybe you can still have 40 mins to yourself at the end of the day, but not at the expense of your health / how you feel?
