Amitriptyline and quetiapine not working. What'sworked 4 u?

Recently prescribed 25mg to go with 20mg amitriptyline. Having body aches and internal restlessness though mood improved. I cant increase amitriptyline due to heart problems. Cant tolerate SSRIs, mirtazapine, olanzapine. Clonazepam and z-drugs not potent enough. What have you used as an add on to help sleep and mood?
