Hi,
I'm new here and want to ask you guys on how can I have a good night sleep? I work during daylight and study at night, I only have few hours to rest buy because of my sleeping disorders I end up with no rest at all and I think it affects my health and focus also my skin, i tried drinking milk before going to bed, Luke warm bath and reading books (End up finishing the book) i don't have time to visit a Doctor and I don't want to take any sleeping pills, Can anyone suggest any alternative way on how I can have a good night sleep?
Thanks!

Have you tried working out ?
Even while you study !
ALso oatmeal makes you very sleepy. Or turkey, it's supposed to have a natural enzyme that makes you sleep.
The problem is that if you have such a packed day is difficult to unwind properly to be relaxed at night, can't you cut back some hours of something ??
Anyway, try eating more and very well and do some working out.
