Making my sleep in depression better

Postby carfi94 » Thu May 18, 2017 5:44 pm

I've been depressed for 5 months now, but never had much problems with sleep, although I have felt chronic fatigue and low energy every day which is common in depression, but it was nothing unbearable. However, even though nothing significant changed, I started having poor sleep and feeling terrible - I wake up early, and can't fall back asleep and then when I find the strength to get up I feel worse and more tired than before sleeping, so I have even more trouble concentrating and thinking clearly, I feel dizzy, irritable, my eyes and muscles hurt and I started feeling depersonalization, and even the simplest tasks require superhuman strength...I manage to take short nap during the day, but that doesn't help much, and I can't take this anymore. I have good sleep habits - usually in bed before 12, and at similar time even on weekends, don't drink coffee near bedtime, exercise during day, and have a good sleep hygiene, and I take 2 anti-depressives: Zoloft and Remirta, and 1 bensedin before sleep which are all supposed to make my sleep better. Please inbox asap me if you had similar problems and managed to handle them, or if u have them now so we can support each other in hard times. Also if you know, recommend me the best sleep-tracking app for mobile.
