Hi, i've dealt with insomia for a while now and had some really bad episodes lasting months, near a year. My insonmia frequently rebounds as i get nervous thoughts constantly stuck in my head and tend to worry on them incessantly. This rebound is pretty bad as im constantly being forced awake when im about to fall asleep. I had times like this before but i dont remember how i overcame. I seriously cant sleep again right now and mind relaxation or mediatation never worked for me. I usaually let it run its course but i cant do that currently in my life and need my full senses everyday. DOes anybody have any suggestions? also any suggestions on how to manage rebounds from starting up constantly.

See a doctor. Work on sleep hygiene. Sleep study.
