this problem im having couple of weeks...

im now on - clonazepam 4 mg, Risperdal 6 mg, thioridazine 100 mg, lithium, amisulpride, and more drugs that i wont mantion because they are mainly for side effects or more mood stabilizers. so before like two or three weeks i felt very anxious when is was around people or even just like that, so i went to my pdoc and she switched me the valium 30 mg to clonazepam 4 mg and she said that in psychiatry valium is used to calm violent patients and klonopin will help me better for the anxiety and she was right but i forgot to tell her about my sleeping issue that feeling tired but just cant fall asleep so next time i saw her few days ago she gave me ambien cr 12.5 mg and moved all the dose of the thioridazine to the night and i still cant sleep and i don't know what to do i only fall asleep at the morning and its ruining all my day.. help anyone??
