Hi
I need supplements that help me sleep (not nesseserily improve quality of sleep).
I've always been a light sleeper and every noise tends to wake me.
The problem is that I'm going on a 3 week trip with some guys. We'll share a large room and 3 weeks is too long to go without quality sleep. Probably some of them are loud snorers and I need something to help me sleep (I doubt earbuds will suffice as the sound of snoring, even if low, irritates me).
Can anyone recommend something good in my situation?

1. valerian root extract
2. cherries or any tart cherry juice
3. vitamin b12 with folic acid
4. chamomile or other decaffinated tea
5.passionflower supplements
