im such a no- drug user type and haven't ever even tried cigarettes- so maybe i have a bit of anorexia around medications (lol), but im an actress, and when ive tried ambien, i wake up with such a foul hangover - i lose my apettite and there ain't no way im gonna beat out 100 girls on an audition with that kind of lull in my step.
id rather be clean and sleepless and loopy and win the job than hungover...
BUT i can't sleep bppast 6hours (and sometimes really need to) because im a light sleeper due to vibration- cars going by and vibrating throug my bed (even slight vibration) or pipes making jerky movements under my bed or neighbors leaving their apartments and slamming thei rdoors and the slams jolting my bed (all different problems in MANY different places) any thoughts? THANKS!

sounds like u might live in NYC which is almost an impossible place to sleep in with all the noise and other nonsense/shenanigans. i always felt there was such an unnecessary, piercing, unrealistic sense of urgency and intensity flowing through everyone in nyc, almost like society as a whole was on the verge of a nervous breakdown so sleep becomes difficult. I would move to a quiet place, someplace more serene and relaxing. Try reading before bed or watching boring tv on some odd channel.
