Interesting! I like the idea of having two short sleeps.
No diagnosis, lots of opinions, and a bunch of issues that I haven't quite figured out.

I honestly function best when I take naps. If I don't I'm up, up , up and then I crash for like 13 hours then when I wake up I feel gross. Maybe that's just because that's how I've been functioning for most of my life.
Even when I've managed a somewhat normal sleep pattern, 8 hours is too much. I usually can get 4-6 and then I wake up on my own.
