hi hypocindy, hypochondry can become very real and its an axiety problem from where i see it. the only way to stop thinkin about it is to realize our bodies are very strong and we will live long time.
our minds are better are doing other things than worrying about it, then again i am maybe not hypochondriac but just schyzotypal (nobody in that section nowadays)
we need some medicine for anxiety. let's just chill and let our bodies breath, we will be too busy thinkin on our future. cya.
