Hi, ladyPile! People can feel a little pain because of wisdom teeth or you can have a sore throat sometimes but not that much pain. I'm sure you are ok, it's not that odd to feel sore once in a while and the stress of worrying might even make you think that you are feeling pain when there is no reason for it.
Do you think that if you took a break from your life style it would help? Maybe it reminds you of the scare you had years ago and it adds to the stress.

Jamin mentions stress, which is a good point. Are you stressed in your life? When we are stressed, it can be difficult to think logically about things, and our mind feels like it is 'racing' at 1,000,000 miles per hour. If you can, learn to relax. However, if you find that you are incapable of doing this, then go to your doctor. However, you'd be going to the doctor, not to talk about what various illnesses you have, but to talk about the fact that you think you are ill all of the time.
