Hi. I'm 15. I experianced my first Panic attack while i was doing something I wasn't supposed to do. Something illegal. Hope you know what I mean by that. Anyway. Since then anything I look at or read... immediately I thnk. Oh my gosh, that fits me perfect i have that. I must that must be whats wrong with me. It's kind of like I'm tryin to come up with an explanation that can be cured not something permanent like anxiety. But when i say I have these things, the "symptoms" get worse. Like my brain is giving me the sickness. Is that possible. Like this paint can that I use at work said it can permanetly damage your brain and decrease your hearing. Wel... Maybe that's what I feel. Not anxiety maybe my brains just dead, and I'm going insane. And my hearing has decreased. Things soundmute to me. Like something is just blocking the sound. Weird huh? I USED to blast my iPod but not anymore... And I think anxiety makes you feel delayed. maybe the delayness is just effecting the rate at which a sound reaches my ear drum... I don't know. I'm overthinkin this arent I??? Help. Is this what a hypochondriac thinks and feels??

First off, what did you do?
Second, maybe you have hypochondriasis tendencies but the fact that this all started with a single event and snowballed makes me think this is deeper than just that...
