This saved my fiances life

Postby justaguyinLA » Mon Jun 08, 2009 8:54 am

I have been with my partner for about 8 years. She has been diagnosed with bpd about 10 years ago. She has taken all the differant medications with varying degrees of effectiveness.
Some helping..some definately not.

I can only speak from my own experience with her and what she has been through.

After going through all the meds and no insurance, it was just too much money to be able to cope with it.
I did some research and tried a few things. After some success and some just a bit better, her life is significantly changed by what she now takes.

Here is excatly what she takes now.
(I am not a doctor and do not recommend anyone go off of medication) I am just saying what works for her. She went through all of the horrible feelings that are described all through this forum.

I found an article on Magnesium Taurate.
Google it and bpd and maybe it still come up.

Anyway, I digress.

She takes in the morning.
Magnesium Oxide
Magnesium Taurate
Omega 3 fish oil
Spirulina
Black Cohosh

At night before bed she takes
Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Taurate and an Advil Pm to help her sleep.

This has been a miracle for her. She does not have suicidal thougts any more and leads a full life. The first day after taking Magnesium she said " Everything is quite, I dont here the sceaming in my head anymore"

I have witnessed first hand the impact these things have made on her.

I would recommend ordering this stuff from Edited If you do not have one in your city you can get it online from them.

I am getting nothing from this , I just want to help. There are answeres and this has been the answer for her.
The best thing for me is, she does not want to kill herself anymore and we have a great life together. I hope this helps.

Please be aware that not all information like this could be helpful to someone dealing with mental health, it is always best to get the advice from your doctor, as opposed to someone off of any mental health site as no one on here is a professional.
