I've had an ongoing depression since the last of December 2015. I've been working with the doctor since January. We got the lithium at a therapeutic level in January, and now more recently we tried two different medications for the depression and mood swings, plus adding a different sleep aid. It just got to being completely stable about a week ago. It took lots of trial and error and time. So much time. And it wasn't all that bad for a while but then when it got worse something had to give. So I saw the pdoc and meds were tweaked and now I'm fine. I won't even ponder the what if's of tomorrow or next month. I feel good right now and I'll take that.
