I feel that any relaxation or de-stressing technique that can unblock us from being stuck and moving forward again is important.
Deep breaths. Clear the mind. Focus. It takes mind, body and spirit working together to re-think hopelessness into hopefulness. Isn't that what prayer is?
There is a way out of most situations. It is just a matter of finding it.
A key that works for you may or may not work for me. By sharing what works for you might also help me when I am stuck. I usually find these types of discussions very helpful.
