IN NEED OF ADVICE only 17

I've recently done something terrible & now Im depressed, sad, and just completely disappointed in myself for the things I've done. I just need help. I told myself I would wait at least until I was married to lose my virginity, but one thing led to another & my ex ended up on top of me. I feel horrible about it. But we didnt really have sex, I dont think. There waswas no penetration, he just rubbed it against me, and he didnt ejaculate either. I now fear that I might have gotten pregnant. I've been having weird cramps, abdominal pain and im worried. I just need help. Im extremely disappointed in myself and dont have ANYONE TO TALK TO. SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ME. Okay, whhy do you feel bad about this exactly?

Sweetheart you have nothing to feel bad about and everything to be happy about.

1. I guarantee, if you had no penetration, you are NOT pregnant. Google it if you don't believe me or get a home pregnancy test to veryify and ease your mind. But do not worry about this.

2. You made the same mistake many girls your age do, but you had two things in your favor:
1) Luck. You didn't go all the way and didn't get pregnant. Not all girls are so lucky.

2) Heart. You care about yourself and others. You have a consience, are wise and concerned about your actions. You want a good life for yourself, your loved ones and future children. You are concerend about doing things right. Many girls are stupid, they don't care.

You learned a lesson. Welcome to life. You will keep making mistakes and learning the rest of your life. But looks to me your off to a good start. Just be careful when if comes to sex. I don't want to be a prude and tell you what to do. Everyone is different. Just know the facts about ( STDs sex, yes even oral sex), act respectfully to yourself and others, respsonibly and follow your heart.

Relax! Everything is ok and you have no reason to feel bad.

I agree with bob the brave, this will be a good lesson for you. Nobody should tell you what to do when it comes to sex because that is your decision alone. If don't want to lose your virginity until marriage, then you don't have to. Just be honest with the next person you are with that this is how you feel, that way they know what to expect in the relationship!
