Hi Hello

Sorry if u are having tough times, big hug for ya. But you already know u wil get thru it...like u have before, it sounds like?
Do you have a therapist, counselor, family member or good friend you can talk with? Masq and I and the other members are also here for you.

For whatever it's worth, whenever I have been depressed I felt it was beneficial to not overthink things, instead just push thru it with diversions like work, working out, school, etc. Like a shadow it eventually dissapears with the emerging light of a new day. Have you experienced the same relief?

BTW, have you ever tried CBT or DBT? In the meantime, stay away from drugs/alcohol, triggers, and drink plenty of water and eat right. Not a cure, but definately makes things less worse.

Let us know how you are doing; PM me anytime =)

Hi, I'm masq. As Orion said, we are here to listen.

It sounds as if things are tough for you at the moment, and sometimes just reaching out to people who will listen can help. We are a supportive forum here.

Please feel free to PM us if you need to talk.

Hello?
I was re-reading your reply in another thread (the recent one about Millon being wrong). I liked your honesty re how HPD isnt a choice but rather a situation, a set of circumstances one finds oneself in.

In our lifetimes we will all find ourselves in such situations...war, physical illness, emotional distress, etc.
A Marine i met who had been severly wounded in Iraq once told me "its not what happens to you that matters, it's how you choose to deal with it."

Sometimes just refusing to let negative emotions overtop you is a choice that pays off later on.

Like Masq says, we are here to listen to anything you want to say.
