The most daft bit is when you can blatantly see people are trying to wind you up, and they just keep trying at it a little more, lol. Which makes you think, what, are they trying to give you some sort of "supply" or something ?

...or they trying to bring you down with negative "supply"... lol.

Katana -

Haha, so true. Yes, we got something out of the roller coaster ride too, or we'd have gotten off the ride much sooner.

xdude, can empathise with you. Two weeks ago we were soul mates and so so close. One week later I am a person who cannot meet her needs. An angry blurt of texts then nc. In one week had two texts and one e mail, has visited my office on business tywice- have not been in work for same department different offices- all glamed up. Contact is only to explain the crisis that is happening in her life at the moment with step mom being ill. Had two years of the roller coaster ride so can guess usually she returns from orbit 6-8 weeks. Enough time for her to touchdown with her fan club but not enough to allow me to address appropriate startegies to fend her off. However, gaining more knowledge on this forum, reflecting and piecing together on how best to handle any future situations. I feel that two years in an HPD life is enough for her to return yet again, although she has indicated once again that she never wants to see me or have any contact with me ever again. That she is in a better place to handle this. One statement that will stay with me is that she found it very tiring being my partner lol. However this break up has to be seen as the least aggressive and abusive.
