More than anything I feel sorry for her because nothing will ever work for her in life until she submits to treatment.
That might not work either. My ex-HPD told me that her therapist laid it all out for her to see (why her ex-husband left her and 2 kids after 20 yr. marriage). He asked her to just connect the dots. Her reply?? ... "No - I don't think so".

I wanted to bump this thread back to the top. There are many excellent threads on this site, and I found this one to be most helpful...especially in the beginning of my recovery
