Not everyone are born to have HPD. This tendency towards HPD is due to many experiences bottled by that individual from their childhood till their present day. The ice berg theory.
Everybody had experience success at one or more stages in their life. Having the ingredients of success doesnt mean that this person had the recipe to recreate them again. People with HPD need hold truth and search their inner most needs and map it with the real world scenario. They have to understand that they are responsible for their action and not able to pull themselves out from HPD will forfeit a lot of given opportunity that will be given to them. They must accept the responsibility given by others and fulfulled them to their upmost capability.
Regarding the infantile tendency, building characters are crucial,
whatever dreams they have miss in their childhood day, they must go back and pick up the parcel again. They must remember that
doing good to others is an important training ground for their own charactors
