HPD aside, one of the weaknesses of us INTJs is the difficulty in conveying to others all the fabulous big pictures we have skillfully assembled in our master-minds. It is common for us to claim that it's not our problem others don't understand or see them with such clarity.
http://www.personalitypage.com/html/INTJ.htmlApparently unlike what I think you are describing in your own experience, my thoughts and actions and words are very consistent with one another. The more serious problems I encounter can often be attributed to others' Cognitive Distortions (common with PDers) of my thoughts and actions and words to warp them into something else.
Outside of CDs, I have to be very deliberate with Sensers to connect the dots to follow my thoughts->words->actions. Diagrams and algorithms help with this, so I carry around a large whiteboard with multiple colored markers when in public.
