is anyone here that has been to high blood? I know i sounded seriously, but high blood shouldn't taken for granted..exercise and proper diet would be helpful to reduce high blood pressure naturally

You are not on the right forum for high blood pressure. This forum is dedicated to HP.
As you touch on the topic. If you are suffering from high BP, please talk to your doctor, its important to monitor it and if needs be control it with medicatation. In most cases they can control high BP very well; but be prepared to test out various medications until they find the one that works best for you.
