I met a friend of mine in a chat room recently and ive noticed things about her that convey that she may be histrionic these include: shes extremely attention seeking and shes admits to it. when i became interested in her she acted interested, then in a blink of an eye the next day she acted stand offish and she admitted that shes stand offish now with me. shes told me she was been sexually assaulted, and is seeking treatment for it her therapist says she exhibits signs of anti personality disorder but doesnt actually have it. shes basically an alcoholic but is in denial, very into herself if i was interested in someone shes get mad and manipulates me into not liking them so i stay interested in her, yet shes not interested in me. shes a virgin yet tends to do sexual things without thinking like shes had anal sex on webcam in chat rooms before i met her and tends to flash men in chat rooms for validation. when she gets bored with you. she seems to find another guy to get attention from until she gets bored with them also. i know she has a weird relationship with her mother she hates her and her parents r getitng a divorce. she tends to have female friends that r NOT as attractive as her and she has MANY guy friends that she only text messages. she seems ot lack empathy , like she doesnt care or doesnt even realize shes messing with my mind. shes very intelligent, always reading books. if anyone can maybe help me determine of she sounds like she has histrionic id apppreciate it. thanks

HPD or not is her psychologist's call to make, but she certainly shows a lot of the signs and she sounds like train wreck. A virgin who's had anal sex live on webcam, riiiight. Stay friends with her if you really want to but keep her at arms' length. Never take ANYTHING she says at face value and only ever believe her actions. Do not under any circumstances get physical (or, heaven forbid, emotionally involved) with her.
