But, in some areas, they just can't put 2 and 2 together. And, God forbid you try to explain to them why 2 and 2 makes 4! You'll be the most evil creature on earth, and they'll still be scratching their heads trying to figure out what 2 and 2 is...........

Roni, I think you've almost mailed it. My ex- is usually absolutely sure that 2 and 2 is 67.3, and that my efforts to suggest differently make her angry.

She is astute enough to say we see the world very differently.

I'm evidence that your theory is fundamentally flawed.

OR, perhaps I'm not part of the overall gene pool and was created from elsewhere....

That's a classic, but don't forget Bubble, that you did try to explain the contradiction to an HPD, which is also a contradiction.

If we all started a little rumor that girls who farted in public got the most men, we could all sniff out the HPD crowd right off the bat!
If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, why did I see a swan?

But, what if a non-HPD had a slight slip, so to speak? Misdiagnosis! Oh well, that would never happen, of course :)

There is a reason for this. Evolution.

In the caveman days there were 2 types of girls - farting and non-farting.

But the farting ones failed to attract men (due to their farting of course). So they did not reproduce, so their farting DNA died out.

The non-farting ones did successfully attract men and reproduce, so passed on their non-farting DNA to their descendents.

It's survival of the fittest/non-fartiest.

Does anyone else see irony in a bloke called "bubble boy" discussing farting and evolution?
