What do I do to disassociate myself from an HPD when we have a child together?
I'd cut her completely out of my life if I could, but obviously I can't do that.

Try to get sole custody and prove the mother is too irresponsible to be around a child if possible to do so.

Many HPD's are alcoholics and drug addicts and have tons of guys of varying moral decency around them at all times so it shouldn't be too hard to prove that your child's mother's lifestyle and mental problems puts the child at risk.

Unless of course the mother exhibits less severe HPD symptoms in which case you will just have to grit your teeth except dual custody or whatever its called and write a boring role for yourself to play if ever the mother tries to get you caught up in her daily drama.
