I did a lot of walking Saturday and Sunday but I'm really feeling it in my back now . I think I overdid it , to be honest . I've been slacking off on regular exercise too . Gotta get back on track with that .
Planks , eh ? I'll give them a try !

I was brave today & tried walking again, promising myself if my space was invaded, I could immediately turn right back around & go home. I mostly had the road to myself though & easily avoided what little traffic there was.

Lucky me. I feel grateful. I can’t get used to it though, or I set myself up for disappointment.

Thanks NSR. It must have worked because there was minimal, easily avoided traffic again today.

I’m very glad.

Good luck on the walk again today.

It occurred to me to I need to avoid morning commute time for best results. Duh, right?

Yeah , it took me a while to figure out the best times for avoiding the crowds .
Lol ...I know almost exactly when everyone in my neighborhood is sitting down for dinner .

I had such a great walk this morning, I decided to press my luck and go for a bike ride right after. That’s an hour of exercise for me today. So I’m feeling pretty good.

It was such a nice day today . That sorta warm but still brisk kind of fall day . I didn't get out much , there was house stuff to do and errands to run so that chewed up most of my time . I'm planning a nice walk tomorrow and the weather promises to be just as fine .
I stopped seeing my chiropractor last week . He's such a nice guy but if nothing's changing after 3 months of weekly ( and expensive ) sessions with him then I need to explore other avenues . I want to get another evaluation . This is not the same kind of pain I had a year before . It's settled in my left hip / butt area and driving makes it really bad . Walking is fine , thankfully .
I'm going to set up an appointment with a local physical therapist and see if they draw any new conclusions . I really need to know exactly what the problem is .
Wish me luck !
