How can I get fit body?

I am a 23 year old boy my body is good but when I eat my stomach get out of from my body so suggest me how can I get 6 pack and tri shape for my arms.

Hello,
For getting a perfect body there is only one one that is exercise. Try these
Do crunches in sets(there are many techniques of crunches, so do every technique in sets )
Also, do push ups and pull ups

if by tri shape you mean triceps, theres a few exercises i can recommend: benchpress, pushups, dips. note that unlike dips, bench and pushups mostly work only lateral and medial triceps head (not long head), and you will need additional exercise to cover that one. i recommend dumbbell lat pulldown or skull crusher.

for biceps brachii, pullup is the mother. you dont even have to do normal curls if you do pullups well. if you cant do pullups, do lat machine for back and put some curls. note that biceps is easier to overtrain than triceps so you might have to find some middle ground and not work them too often.

Control your diet plan and do proper exercise to get a fit and well shaped body.
Do outdoor cardio exercises specially jogging, running, cycling, swimming, and rope jumping etc. to lose all your extra body fat and improve your fitness level. Along with these cardio exercises you can also do some gym workout to develop your body shape.

I recommend calorie tracking on a calorie tracking app like MyFitnessPal.com Along with exercise every day. Do any exercise that you most enjoy doing, doesn't matter what kind just as long as you do it and enjoy it. And track your calories everyday like clockwork. Even after you've lost the weight. And never drink your calories either. That's how I lost 54 pounds. I have a BMI of 22.3

I reduced my 20-pound weight only in 60 days through normal medium pace 20 mins jogging and balance diet. 8)

You can overcome your belly by using these tips. Don't eat a lot of sugary foods, eat plenty of soluble fiber, and avoid foods that contain trans fats. If you want to make 6 packs, you should try to work out.

You need to diet and exercise. I thought it was all about exercise in my younger days, but I would say its 50 50 now. You need around 15% body fat to see good ab muscles and need to exercise regularly. There is tons of info on youtube on how to get abs and large triceps.
