Biological parent not my parent.

This is my first post. Hello everyone, I am looking for a place where I can get support for my grief in discovering my biological parent I thought was my parent isn't my parent.

A web of deceit and abuse is to be documented for my Psychiatrist, talking about my Testimony and finding it hard to put it together, but it is important to my recovery process.

You could say I opened Pandora's box and nobody liked it and now I am on my own, to clean up my family mess. The person on my birth certificate is not my biological father, I now know who it is, but am looking for a group of people that have gone through similar journey's as this so I can get some advice of healing.
