So not only is it comeing to the year date of dads passing,
But now, after we asked for nothing from her, she is bringing
up CRIMINAL charges against my sister for defacing a grave!!!

she is the lowest, grimey, scuzzy,lying,fork-tongued rotted piece
of living scag- meat that there is. hope her karma bites her face off!

ok having heart pains again, see everyone tomorrow.

Red,

I'm sorry this happened.

I hope karma gets her too.

I also wish you for the best on your journey to healing from these wounds of grieving and all of your other wounds.

Peace,
Mike

Never know what you'll learn today - maybe something new. Did you know [insert traumatic experience] happened? Well today you had that flashback! Gee whiz, isn't life just WONDERFUL? :D

Red,

I am sorry that this "person" is part of your life and a painful part at that.

It is people like that who make me believe in "kama" and "what goes around, comes around." It sometimes doesn't make the cruelty any easier to bear, though.

I often wonder what has sucked every bit of human decency from their souls and replaced it with venom.

Best to you and your sister,

N.

First off, Thank you so much for the support. I really need it right now. I am a little unstable, I dont like the feeling. It is scarry.

I did not sleep at all.

You know how your mind runs through all the things I *wish* I could do, and protect my sis.
Shoot the last time she tried to hit me, my reaction was to grab this Large Woman and put her in a submission arm bar behind her back.
You should have seen the look on her face, instead of hitting me in the face, she was licking the paint off of her trunk of her car.

She signed all my dad's property over to her children. I am not a material person, but my sister is. I promised her she would not go to jail, charges were filed from the state, and it is a misdemeanor class A. anyone know law???

http://www.missouri-criminal-defense.com/offenses.htm
The above link contains a table listing the misdemeanor classes from A on. A is the least.
Maximum Penalty: up to 1 year in jail, and a fine of up to $1000.
Examples of class A misdemeanors include fraud / fraudulent use of a credit card / device, if the value is less than $150, passing bad checks under $500, and 3rd degree assault.

Now your sister seems to be no more "guilty" of minor vandalism than anything else.
I think a judge would throw this case out. What a pile of dung! Shame on that step-mother!
I know how having to deal with any legal stuff can be so stressful, even when one is not the target. It looks to me like the worst thing is your sister is going to have to consult an attorney and spend some money. I think things will come out in her favor, though.

Missouri law also criminalizes the knowing destruction, mutilation, disfigurement, defacement, injury, or removal of "any tomb, monument, or gravestone, or other structure placed in [a] cemetery, or burial ground, or place of burial of any human being."33 Persons who commit such acts are guilty of a class A misdemeanor.34 No distinction is made between first and subsequent offenses.35

puma,
thank you so much friend. you have always been there, and I feel like a little kid in the principal's office.

Thank you for the links, I have been on Case.net last night and this morning. it is Barton County, They are also claiming she trespassed on private property. How can a public cementary be private? There are many names in this graveyard, none of them match. For petesakes my dad was buried in a friggin cow pasture.

Love ya,
red

(((((((((((((((((((puma))))))))))))))))

Why do people turn in to greedy monsters after a persons life has ended. This week, I am having anxiety, which I would rather take a beating than endured more anxiety.

Now that comment came from a self harmer. That is a perfect example, even all this time, and at heavy stress, to offer to be beaten that face forward and march.

This woman is insane, Red. I hope you and your sister are fine. Don't give her any power over you and that'll piss her off. You have the right to get your father's things, not her children. I'm sorry this is happening.

jasmin,

I agree she makes constant conflict in her life. She is alway angry at someone, about "something". Always, since the day I met her.
Next thing I know is she cut up all of mine and sis's school pictures that our Dad had. We were children when she met us. What could she been thinking. Since dad cared for his daughters, she felt threatened by his children.???

my dad will be gone this Sat. november 10th one year.
My Dad had a brand new Ford truck, and a brand new motorcyle that did not even have 100 miles on it.
She said one was stolen and one was sold. Neither are true.
She hid them, put her kids names on them.

I used to think she would come to her senses as she got older, and it has become worse not better.

ok I am done I am going to have a great day today. I bought a new journal, Jesse Jo (JJ) decorated it for me as a gift.

I am not giving any more energy to that womans inhuman insanity.

Love,
Red
