Close friend died of COVID-19

So sorry for your loss. COVID seemed to be like Roulette. Some would get deathly sick from it and die while others experienced almost no symptoms. I caught COVID and felt absolutely nothing, I had zero symptoms. I only knew I had when I tested positive at work. I ran on the treadmill at a fitness center for an hour the night before and lifted weights, felt great... no idea had COVID.

My wife's brother on the other hand caught COVID and died from it. It seems sad her brother caught COVID and died, yet I caught it and it had next to no effect on me ...I had no idea I had it.

COVID was very devastating for some. A lot of tears were shed because of it. A lot of pain felt through communities. I am so sorry for your loss.
