Is there any way that your aunt/uncle have a clue where your brothers are? Any extended relative of your dad's who might know? Have you contacted CPS (even though you are angry with them - insist that they put into the record that you are looking for your brothers and wish to be contacted - if your brothers contact them in the future, they are by law obligated to give information)?
The more people you express your wish to find your brothers to, the more likely that someday you'll reconnect.
