Looking for good friends

I currently have only a couple friends but I don't talk to them as much as we used to so I'm not really that close to them anymore. I am looking for friends I can talk to and can be able to accept my disabilities and the fact I may not be able to go hang out with them or understand that every once and a while I might cancel the plans. I'm looking for friend between 17 and about 20/25 I don't really care about drama and gossip. I'd rather be at a sports game than at a bar.
