I feel like an idiot. I sent an email yesterday to check in with a friend I had a falling-out with a few months ago. She has not responded. Yes, I know, it's only one day. But right now something like that triggers me. I know she checks her email and would always respond to me right away.
I feel in general like I'm creepy and unlovable. I feel like a reject...I fear no one will want to be my friend.
Feeling miserable, and it's only 8 a.m.

You must care for your friend deerly if you decided to reach out. I hope that your friend will respond

She hasn't...I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm crazy. She's been subtley putting me down for the last two years. I'm better off without her but I'm lonely now...

Take a step back.... I think your overthinking things, is it crazy to care about someone? I dont think so What kind of a letter was it? She might have different prirorties in life or they could be a number of reasons to let you go...
I ran into a hurtful situation my self and and lost a girl I felt realy close with. If you feel lonley try and get out or reconnect with old frineds. Sounds like you may be a state of depression right now.
