Lost of mom and still missing her. Still feeling sad. Crying. Knowing there is no hope..no help. Diagnoised as Bipolar depressed. On meds seeing a shrink and still just as bad. No feelings of joy or hope. Just hopelessness. Just venting.

I had a wonderful thing happen to me the other day. I was sitting with my eyes closed and out of no where I saw my mom's side of her face next to mine. I opened my eyes and said mother. It was so real and unbelievable.
I saw my shrink today and she is still keeping me on the same meds.
My daughter is going to college and I am so depressed about the dept she is making. I worry about her so much. she is mature in some ways not in others. She is 18 and feeling all grown up. I try to not let things bother me but everything always does.

Today has been a pretty good day for me. sort of. I just wish I could have one day that seems normal again.

Hi Anna
I am very sorry about your mother. I lost my father about seven years ago and I miss him so much. If you ever need anyone to talk to feel free to PM me. I hope things get better for you.
Take care,
Kayty

Thank you Kayty...I am sorry you lost your dad and missing him is so hard to do isn't it. I don't think I will ever get over my mom's passing. It is just a daily dealing of heartbreak and tears. I do have counseling but it really has not helped me.

Yea its really hard to lose a loved one but just remember (although you cant see them) they are right there by your side all of the time. Its been 7 years for me and im still dealing with the pain but I think it may just be because I am finally old enough for it to really be hitting me. Im only 15 now so I was pretty young when he died. I have my really bad days but things do getter a little better as time gos by and I guess we just have to hope that there in a better place and hope that things will get better.
Kayty
PS. What is your daughter going to school for?

Kayty your very good for knowing how to talk to ppl that are hurting. Your words brought more tears. I know you are right about things you say, but it is just me and how I feel about moms passing. She lived with me for 9 yrs and when she got real sick I took care of her up until she passed away. I was there with her during her passing and the memories is just too much to bare.

4th is coming up. That is when my mom met my dad and when I had a miss carriage back in 1979. Mom used to talk about her meeting him at the Los Angels Park in Ca. every 4th.

I wish you the best of luck on that day. Maybe you can find a friend or somebody who will want to do something that day to get your mind off of it. It may help to be out doing something.
