Hello I'm sorry you are struggling at the moment but I think it is really good you are going for therapy soon. I think you may find that the therapy help you to feel a bit better... Have you told a doctor about this overdose and the symptoms you have been experiencing since then? If you haven't, I think it would be a good idea to speak about this so that you can get some assistance in managing the symptoms...

Hey -
Sorry to hear the GAD is really causing a struggle for you. I've heard that Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy is really effective for anxiety, so I think it's great that you are entering that soon. May I ask what you mean about therapy helping something you're not thinking about? I'm assuming you mean how panic attacks can come about without really thinking but rather you're body just reacting to the racing heart? I think that is something the therapy can also help with. There might be ways to prevent the anxiety response or the panic response. I'd say just go in the therapy with a positive mindset as it could be a good help to you.
Feel free to keep talking about things here and let us know how the therapy goes. We can try to support you here if you need it.
