Is this Anxiety

Postby Guest » Sun Jun 12, 2005 9:14 am

Hi, how you doing?

Anyways, at first I thought I had bi-polar problems.
Well anyways I've seen the Dr. at the clinic, he gave me risperidol and some other $#%^ called gabapentin (more of a pain killer).

Anyways WTF is wrong with me?

I don't really take the medication because I'm not crazy. But I do notice it (risperidol) seems to help with what I call "the shakes".

What really ######6 bothers me, is I get this CRAZY feeling in my head, its kinda like some of the muscles around my head or spasming, sometimes it feels like its inside my brain, but other times its more on the outside of my head and It helps if I massage around my head. I can just be sitting on my computer, and it is happening, when it happens, it makes me feel like i just want to go "ARRRGGH!!!!" because thats how it feels, it almost feels like the muscles around my head or just squeezing and numbing and sometimes its like that in my forehead!

WHY????????????

Usually When I get it , i feel pretty crazy, like I am going to attack someone, or do something crazy I can't control.

I try to fight it as much as I can, is this anxiety?

But I am not sure if this is anxiety symptoms, maybe its bi-polar?

yes also, I feel like i just want to smash my head in, like to make it go away, I hurt my neck the other day because I pressed hard on the back of my head to try to help it go away.

Seriously I feel like I just want to pound on my forehead sometimes with my fist and to make it go away!!!

I almost scared myself because I got worried I would hurt myself accidently or something.

like a headache..worrying could give you headaches like that, i've had them and i've had them where my whole body became numb for a couple of seconds, try laying down for a while in bed or find something soft to put your head against, try watching tv or having something cold to drink i think helped with a headache one time or something, just try some different things to see what works, the soft thing almost always works
