For as long as I can remember I've felt nauseous. It isn't usually annoying, but whenever something that I'm afraid of, excited about, worried about, or anything else like that comes along I feel unbearably worse. I'm not even sure what the issue is, but if I can put a name on it I believe it will help. That and I'm interested in seeing if I'm the only one with this issue.

Hi, awkwardteen! I feel a bit nauseous when I get anxious too, and light headed and my heart beats faster. You should talk to a doc about this. Did you ever get a physical check up (like blood tests) to find out why you feel nauseous?

Yeah, I've been to doctors about my nausea and I do have acid reflux, but I'm on medication for it, so it's not usually bugging me, but when I start to get excited, worried, or frightened it really starts bothering me. The symptoms do sound a lot alike what I get, short breath, faster/stronger heartbeat, etc. I'll talk to a doctor about this. Thanks for telling me that I'm not the only one.
