Do you have GAD and OPCD?

I have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, oh and bipolar disorder. I am wondering if there is anyone else in this forum has OCPD?

I know my perfectionism plays into my generalized anxiety disorder and vice versa.I've also read that this is a common combination.. i would love to hear from other people and what they have done to help themselves work toward recovering from both these disorders. Thanks!

I have OCD and GAD, but not OCPD.
An extremely anxious and depressed individual with a Borderline personality.
