Severe Panic Attack

Hi 2 days ago I suffered a severe panic attack. Feeling like jumping out my skin, losing control, scared, tingling in hands. I went to the ER an waited 4 hours to be seen while I was having this severe anxiety attack and they didn't give me anything until like 5 hours (Ativan) to calm me. I already take lamictal, trazodon, klonopin for bi polar II none of that help that night. It's been 2 days since that night and I still feel extremely anxious and scared it's going to happen again. I'm asking if other people have gone through the same thing. The severe panic attack and feeling extremely anxious and scared days afterwards. Thank you for reading!
