Prozac is The Cure? Because i still suffer

Prozac or any kind of med pills are not 100% being cured, is it? Or my body didnt worked good enough with the meds??

Because im on prozac for 8 months already.
It helped A Lot. I mean, it took me out of bed and out of completely darkness.

But, there are periods where I am bad again..... it can be for a few hours or even for days!!! Then I feel all again: anxiety, ocd, etc

I wonder if that just normal, or if I was supposed to be Cured taking meds????

Psychiatric drugs don't cure anything. At best they manage symptoms, relieve distress, at least for some time. I was on psych drugs for seventeen drugs and absolutely there was no, and I mean zero healing. My life got worse although at times I felt better.

What helped me was my first good psychotherapy. There is healing there.
